Inquiry open · Experiment 01 available

You have spent years working on yourself. What, exactly, have you been working on?

Unduality is an open inquiry into duality, nondualism, and what the mind calls “self”—explored through direct experience.

Nothing here asks to be believed.

Is this boundary present in experience—or added by thought?

What does Unduality mean?

01

Duality

is the familiar sense that experience is divided: self and world, observer and observed, thinker and thought.

02

Nondualism

questions whether that division is as fixed or fundamental as it appears.

03

Unduality

is an open inquiry for testing that question in direct experience.

No conclusion is supplied. The practices begin where definitions end.

Experiment 01 · Origin of thought · About 20 seconds

Do you author
your thoughts?

Do not answer from memory. Run the practice and report only what you can observe now.

Step 1 of 4

Keep your eyes open. Do not try to stop thinking.

Simply notice the next thought that arrives.

The operating principle

Nondualism makes a radical claim about separation. Unduality turns that claim into something you can test.

No belief. We investigate.

The inquiry · How it works

Your experience
is the evidence.

Each inquiry is small enough to try now and open enough to produce disagreement.

  1. 1

    Question

Begin with one claim that can be examined now, not a theory to memorize.

    ?
  2. 2

    Practice

Follow a short, eyes-open protocol with a clear way to pause or stop.

  3. 3

    Observe

Record what happened, including confusion, disagreement, or nothing at all.

  4. 4

    Compare

Place the observation beside psychology, direct inquiry, and other participants. Test again.

Two lenses · One experience

Neither side
gets the last word.

Unduality brings psychology into conversation with nondual inquiry. Disagreement remains visible.

Psychology · Working model

How do distinctions between self and world form, function, and matter in a human life?

Nondual inquiry · Direct observation

Can the distinction between self and world be directly located in present experience?

A boundary, not fine print

Some questions should not be asked carelessly.

Unduality is an educational inquiry practice. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis support, or a substitute for professional care.

Every practice includes a way to pause, return to ordinary sensory experience, and leave without completing it. Clinical safeguards will develop alongside the method.

The book · Coming soon

Twenty-two dialogues. One question at a time.

Unduality: Rediscovering Psychology Through Total Consciousness brings psychological models of a functioning self into sustained dialogue with nondual accounts of consciousness.

Across four movements, the inquiry travels from ordinary psychological problems through identity and suffering to consciousness itself. Neither perspective exists to validate the other, and neither needs to win.

Better questions.
Clearer seeing.

Unduality Guides will be trained to facilitate rigorous inquiry: noticing hidden assumptions, separating what happened from what thought adds, and helping a question become clear enough to examine directly.

A Guide does not tell you who you are. They help you investigate what you believe yourself to be.
