1. Who we are

The Unduality Project operates unduality.com and the inquiry practices offered through it. In this Policy, “Unduality,” “we,” and “us” refer to that project. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@unduality.com.

2. Information we handle

Information you choose to send

If you contact us or ask to follow the inquiry, we may receive your email address, name, message, and any other information you include. The current signup form opens a prepared message in your own email application; the website itself does not submit the address to a database.

Practice observations

The first experiment allows you to save an answer and notes. That information remains in local browser storage on your device. We do not receive it. Clearing this site’s storage in your browser deletes it.

Technical information

GitHub Pages, our current hosting provider, may automatically process request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, and diagnostic or security logs. Unduality does not currently receive a visitor-level analytics dashboard from the site.

Font requests

The site currently loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, Google may receive technical information including your IP address and browser headers under its own privacy terms.

3. How we use information

We use information you send to:

• respond to questions and requests;
• send project updates you requested;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site;
• understand feedback deliberately shared with us; and
• meet legal obligations and prevent misuse.

We do not infer diagnoses from your messages or practice observations. We do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly important effects.

4. Cookies and local browser storage

Unduality does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. The site uses local browser storage for two optional functions:

• remembering your light or dark theme preference; and
• saving an Experiment 01 observation on your device.

This data is not transmitted to us. You can remove it using your browser’s site-data controls. Disabling local storage may prevent these preferences from persisting but does not prevent you from reading or running a practice.

5. Service providers and external links

We rely on providers that process limited information to deliver their services:

• GitHub Pages hosts and secures the public website.
• Google Fonts supplies the current webfont files.
• Your email provider transmits a message only when you choose to send one.

The site also links to independent projects such as iRealization and Amit Rathore’s website. Their privacy practices apply after you follow those links.

If we later add an email platform, analytics, participant accounts, cloud observation storage, payments, or research features, we will update this Policy and the relevant interface before collecting that information.

6. When information may be disclosed

We may disclose information to service providers acting on our instructions, to comply with a valid legal obligation, to protect the rights and safety of people or the service, in connection with a project reorganization, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information.

7. Retention and security

We keep direct messages and email subscription information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested updates, maintain records, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Local practice observations remain on your device until you or your browser removes them.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the current service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send clinical records or highly sensitive personal information by ordinary email.

8. International processing

Hosting and other providers may process technical information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or other safeguard, we will use one appropriate to the service and provider.

9. Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has sent information to us, contact us so we can address it. People under the age of legal majority should use inquiry practices only with permission and appropriate adult guidance.

10. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information we hold, and to withdraw consent for future communications. You may unsubscribe from project email using the link in a future email or by contacting us.

To make a request, email hello@unduality.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the project’s technology and participation features change. The effective date will be revised, and material changes will be communicated when appropriate.
